Custom Website Pricing . . .

Each website EllipsisWeb develops is customized to our client's needs and in many cases will be utilized for very different reasons. Consequently, it is difficult to be able to standardize our pricing.

We can say this:

• We always manage to build within a reasonable budget.
• We have the necessary experience to guide you through a multi-phased process that allows your online business to expand at a manageable pace.
• And we can do this in a way that will provide you with a fully functional website throughout the multi-phased process.

We work on a schedule of three payments during the development process.

• The initial downpayment is due upon the signing of our Agreement.
• A second "progress payment" occurs at the “Client Viewing Date” when our Fine-tuning Period begins.
• The third “final payment" (adjusted for any change orders*) occurs at the closing date of our exclusive Two-week "No-fault, Fine-tuning Period."
• If there are loose ends to consider at the close of the agreed-upon fine-tuning period, we normally hold out a retainage amount to cover these details.

* The fixed-price (as quoted in our Agreement) will not change without the use of a mutually agreed-upon Change Order, as added to the Scope of Work.
